Regarding data deletion, it should be noted that we are subject to legal obligations that include retention requirements for certain data; obligations that we must adhere to. If you wish to delete data subject to legal retention obligations, this data remains blocked in our system and is used only to fulfill legal retention obligations. Once the retention period has expired, your deletion request will be fulfilled.
